With over 24 years of industry experience she has held positions in hotel sales, in catering and convention services, and in meeting management for a variety of associations and corporations. She is an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and a strong proponent of the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. Vicky develops and teaches CMP prep courses for a variety of organizations and is a frequent author for numerous industry trade publications and textbooks. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor for Roosevelt University’s (Chicago) meeting and event management certificate program.
