• Allocated number of complimentary exhibitor badges:

  • 3 badges per 100 square feet, to access the exhibit hall. 

Items such as tables, chairs, wastebasket, carpet (which is required) will be available for order through the general services contractor (Shepard Exposition Services.) All booths in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted. Carpet is NOT included in booth package and MUST be provided by the exhibiting company. Information on ordering these services will be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
