Welcome Wine Reception
Capture the attention of attendees by reserving one of the wine, beer, and small plate pairings that will be served directly from your exhibit space during Sunday evening's Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall! Your company name, booth number and featured food and beverage pairing will be promoted on a menu card distributed to all attendees as they enter the hall for the evening's event as well as displayed on signage at the front of the exhibit hall. Opportunities are on a first-come, first-served basis and are exclusive to each participating exhibitor. Secure your package before it's too late!

Function Space
If your company would like to obtain function space at one of AORN’s hotels during the AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2018, please complete the Function Space Application Form at https://www.aorn.org/member_apps/Form/ExpoMeetingForms. All requests shall be reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so please submit requests as soon as possible. All applications must be received by Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
