AORN Simulation Activity: Workplace Violence
Content for this presentation will focus on Case Studies and Lessons Learned from previous Active Shooter incidents and specific Consequence Management concepts adapted to spark discussion within a perioperative context. Our objective will be to further a prevention focus while recognizing the imperatives to plan and prepare in order to develop a survival mindset. The first 60 people ticketed will be admitted per time frame.
