The Monitoring Association
The Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) increases the efficiency of emergency electronic signals from monitoring centers to PSAPs. ASAP utilizes ANSI standard protocols developed by APCO and TMA to process life safety signals through the Nlets system of state-to-state PSAP communication. The Monitoring Association (TMA) formerly CSAA, is a nonprofit trade association whose mission is to advance the professional monitoring industry through education, advocacy and public safety relationships.
