CloneCards contain 8 genes that logically fit into a class or category of disease and/or functionality. Our first major release includes the "Controller" cards - Reporters, IRESes, and Transcription Units that will allow you to identify which genes work best in your cells - priming them for the best expression of multi-effector multigenes!
Bird of Prey allows our users to very simply pick and choose Effectors of their choosing and easily subclone them into our vector. Each gene is within the same vector configuration and each gene's modules are flanked by the same restriction enzymes across all CloneCards.
