BAG IT educates, supports and empowers patients, caregivers and cancer advocates through two key programs. The BAG IT bag provides resources to individuals with cancer and their families to help them cope with the diagnosis and become an active member of their care team. It includes publications from NCI, a patient navigation binder, and a pre-loaded 4GB USB with resources and storage space. ESCAPE to Thrive (Encouraging and Sustaining Cancer Advocacy Programs & Efforts) is a national leadership conference for cancer advocates focusing on personal well-being and professional learning.
