Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators
The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators is an association whose mission it is to advance the role of patient navigation in cancer care and survivorship care planning. This is achieved by providing a network for collaboration and development of best practices for the improvement of patient access to care, evidence-based cancer treatment, and quality of life during and after cancer treatment. The vision of AONN+ is to achieve, through effective navigation, patient-centered superior quality cancer care coordination from pre-diagnosis through survivorship and end of life.
