Connection Center Schedule
Move In hours are as follows:
- Wednesday, October 10: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Thursday, October 11: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Friday, October 12: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
The 2018 Connection Center hours are as follows:
- Saturday, October 13: 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Sunday, October 14: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Monday, October 15: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
ASA includes dedicated break and lunch times for attendees to visit the exhibitors. Scheduling some of the exhibit focused time midday and extending the length of each period of unopposed time is designed so that attendees are able to spend more time in the Connection Center visiting the exhibit booths.
Saturday, October 13:
10:30 - 11:50 a.m. Grand Opening Reception
3 - 3:45 p.m. Break
Sunday, October 14:
9 - 9:45 a.m. Break
12 - 1 p.m. Lunch
3 - 3:45 p.m. Break
Monday, October 15:
9 - 9:45 a.m. Break
12 - 1 p.m. Lunch
Move Out hours are as follows:
- Monday, October 15: 1 - 7 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 16: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 17: 8 - 10 a.m.
