Featuring a robust scientific program where discussants review the latest research presented during the 2022 ASCO Annual Meeting, we encourage you to exhibit at the 2022 Best of ASCO Meeting taking place July 22-23, 2022 at The Roosevelt New Orleans, LA.
Become an exhibitor and take advantage of the following:
- Exhibit Experience – The intimate exhibit area provides a level playing field for the select organizations that secure space. Breakfast, lunch, and breaks are served in the same room where exhibits are displayed providing ample opportunity to connect with attendees.
- Exposure & Engagement – Exhibits will be open both days of the meeting for attendees to engage with exhibitors.
- Networking – Connect face-to-face and converse with oncology providers.
- Additional Opportunities – Exhibitors may expand their presence through additional opportunities including upgrading to a Featured Exhibitor Listing and participating in the Pharmaceutical and Device Pipeline and Clinical Trials Directories.
An exhibit may be secured for $6,000 and includes:
- One 6’ L x 30” H draped table and one chair
- Standard Exhibitor Directory listing with option to upgrade
- Five complimentary full Meeting registrations
(Nonprofit companies receive three)
- Truncated attendee list with name, organization, city, and state
- Recognition on Meeting website and in the printed and online Exhibitor Directory
- Signage at exhibit table
