Badge Policy
You must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge.
Each person must pick up their own badge. By registering for the 2026 Eastern
Defense Summit, you understand that badge sharing is prohibited. Badge sharing
means lending your badge to someone else or using someone else's badge to
gain access to any Eastern Defense Summit event.
Any lost or stolen badges are subject to a reprint fee of $100.00.
Replacement fees are non-refundable.
Attendee Waitlist
Attendee Information: CDCA does not authorize third-party companies to sell
EDS attendee lists. Emails offering these lists are not affiliated with or
endorsed by CDCA. Do not purchase a list or provide payment information. Please
report suspicious solicitations to CDCA.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by
Friday, October 16, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation
fee. No refunds will be issued after Saturday, October 17, 2026. Substitutes are
welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
