Product Forums are 15-minute presentations designed for companies offering a hands-on educational component.  These will be offered during the lunch hour on Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23.  These sessions do NOT receive CME credit.

Product Forum Application and Contract

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Company to provide an MP4 file of a 15-minute recording.
  • Listing in the digital program. 
  • Listing on the event mobile app. 
  • Company can select one of two options for the initial broadcasting of the session (Option 1 – Friday, October 22 at 12:30pm or Option 2 – Saturday, October 23 at 12:30pm).
  • During the live broadcast company can have one to two representatives to answer the live Q&A chat.
  • After the event the session will be available for viewing through November 25. 
  • Company can identify one individual who will receive emails from attendees who have questions when viewing the presentation on demand.
  • Company to receive an attendee list prior to the meeting.
