Exhibitor Space Rates:

Standard Space:
$40.00 per square foot

Premium Space:
$43.00 per square foot

Non-profit / AOA Affiliate Space:
$25.00 per square foot (applies to designated non-profit area only)

Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Space:
$2,850 per 10'x10' (additional space may be purchased at the standard rate)

Corner Premium:
$250 per open corner

Standard and Premium Exhibit Space Includes: 

  • Basic Exhibitor Listing (Upgrade available for a fee)
  • 8' High backwall drape
  • 3' High sidewall drape
  • 7"x44" Cardstock Identification Sign (Inline Booths Only) 
  • Six Exhibit Hall Staff Badges per 10'x10' 
    • Two Exhibit Hall Staff Badges per additional 10'x10' 

Items such as tables, chairs, wastebasket are available for order through the general services contractor, GES.  You will find pertaining information such as the exhibit hall schedule as well as order forms from all of the official service providers included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

January 27, 2023 - June 7, 2023...50% due with application
After June 7,, 2023...100% due with application 

AOA requires payment in full no later than June 8, 2023. Failure to make payments does not release the contracted or financial obligation of  Exhibitor.
