SSO Annual Cancer Symposium
Now Available as Virtual Meeting

SSO 2013 was a resounding success, with packed audiences for many of the Symposia and standing room only for some, including the Wednesday evening dinner symposium, Demystifying Margins in Breast Conserving Surgery.

And now, for the first time, SSO 2013 is available as a Virtual Meeting so that registered attendees and non-attendees alike can have access to the cutting-edge scientific education presented.

As a reminder to SSO 2013 fully-paid registered attendees, you have complimentary access to the Virtual Meeting. You will need your username (member ID) and password, found on the Virtual Meeting/MOC card you received at registration, to login at the top right of the screen. Please note that there will be MOC modules available later this spring and throughout the year.

For those of you who were unable to attend the Cancer Symposium in person, but can benefit from all that SSO 2013 offers, the Virtual Meeting is available for purchase. To get a feel for the outstanding content experienced at SSO 2013, click here for a complimentary viewing of the presentation, Margin Width and Local Recurrence -- Does It Matter? given by Dr. Armando E. Giuliano, MD, FRCSEd as part of the dinner symposium.

Benefits of the SSO 2013 Virtual Meeting include:

  • Cutting-edge scientific education
  • Searchable by title and faculty
  • Online access anytime, anywhere
  • Convenient viewing on all devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
  • Full-motion video and MP3 audio

The SSO 2013 Virtual Meeting is an excellent way to watch presentations that you missed while onsite, or to take advantage of the SSO 2013 experience if you were unable to join your colleagues in person.
