Review these opportunities and select the offerings that will best support your objectives as you develop strategies to drive traffic to your booth and engage with your customers. In addition, we can customize packages to suit your requirements and budget. Sponsorships are now available to non-exhibiting companies. There is a $5,000 surcharge for companies who are not participating in the exhibit program. Your company must still meet the same criteria as an exhibitor to sponsor any of the following opportunities.
Mobile App
$30,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)
Recognition: Corporate or Brand
Capture the attention of attendees before, during and after the meeting by sponsoring this opportunity. Attendees will access programming, exhibits and logistical information through the Mobile App. Each time an attendee launches the app your company logo will appear on the splash page along with a link to your hyperlink. Sponsorship includes: a logo on the splash page, a logo with website hyperlink on the menu page, two promoted posts and one push notification per day (Sunday-Tuesday).

Wi-Fi Access Minneapolis Convention Center

Your support allows attendees to enjoy free wireless Internet throughout the meeting space and outside the Exhibit Hall. Your corporate name and logo will appear on the onsite signage recognizing your support of this much valued service.
Grand Opening Reception

All meeting attendees will benefit from your hospitality and support of this kickoff event in the Exhibit Hall. Your company name and branding will be front and center as you play host for the evening to all ASHP participants.
Lunch in the Exhibit Hall

Your support of this complimentary lunch will be appreciated by all attendees as they visit the exhibits on Tuesday. Gain visibility and gratitude by helping to make this lunch service available to all.
Aisle Signs SOLD OUT

Your corporate logo will be displayed on all aisle signs within the Exhibit Hall ensuring that attendees see your logo as they navigate from one aisle to the next. Sponsorship includes production, installation and removal of all aisle signs.

The keynote presentation always draws a large crowd! Attendees will be very appreciative of complimentary coffee service as they start their day attending the presentation. They will be sure to notice your support displayed prominently on napkins, cups and signage at the stations.

Conference Pens

Get in the hands of all attendees with this useful and enduring sponsorship. Distributed in the registration area and inserted in the official meeting bags provided to all attendees, everyone will be searching for a pen while attending the conference, and continue to use it well after the meeting ends.
Escalator Runner

Opportunities for placement of company or product branded escalator runners are available in prominent areas within the convention center. Sponsorship includes production of the runners, installation and removal.
Executive Suites
$3,150
Secure a private, dedicated meeting space conveniently located within the Exhibit Hall. This hard wall, furnished meeting room will allow you to hold staff meetings and meet privately with customers and potential clients in a quiet setting away from the bustle of the exhibits.
Exhibit Hall Banners

Guarantee exposure and reach attendees with your message by securing one or more hanging banners in key locations within the Exhibit Hall. Fee includes banner production and labor (hanging) charges and removal. Please call for specific sizes and pricing.

Make a first impression as attendees arrive in Minneapolis! Customized hotel keycards with your personalized design will be distributed to meeting attendees upon check in at the headquarter hotel. Meeting Registration Bags

Get your name and branding in front of all meeting participants as they check in at attendee registration and travel throughout the convention center. Attendees will use these totes onsite and back in their practices ensuring your branding will endure beyond the 4 day event.
Meeting Registration Bag Inserts

Place your company or product literature in the attendee Meeting Registration Bags. Sponsor is responsible for the production and delivery of literature.
Meter Boards SOLD OUT

Deliver your message and branding on meter boards. Your boards will be placed outside the Exhibit Hall and be seen as the attendees walk the convention center.
Meeting Lanyards
$15,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship)

Meeting participants will help to generate visibility for your company as they travel throughout the convention center and host hotels wearing the lanyards promoting your company. Distributed at registration, you’ll reach attendees early as they check in for the meeting.
Meeting & Activities Planner
$15,000 (Exclusive Opportunity)
Recognition: Corporate or Brand
Distributed in the official meeting bag to every attendee, the Meeting & Activities Planner is the only printed program provided for the Summer Meetings & Exhibition. The planner contains information for all educational aspects of the meeting, including the schedule of events, session listings, meeting room locations and more. As the sponsor, you will receive prominent recognition with space on the back and inside front covers as well as a 2-page spread within the booklet.
Recharging Stations

Support the popular charging stations placed in high traffic areas within the convention center and capture the attention of the attendees while they are tapping into your power source. Price includes print signage and electrical power.
Table Clings
$5,000 for 7 Tables
Recognition: Corporate or Brand
Attendees will take note of your messaging while they stop to take a break, have some refreshments, and network with their colleagues within the Exhibit Hall. Sponsorship fee includes production charges.
Promotional Theaters and Non-CE Presentation Opportunities
ASHP offers you the opportunity to hold a non-certified educational event for attendees in a theater on the exhibit floor or in one of the host hotels on Monday or Tuesday. To help maximize your event turnout, the number of slots available for each timeframe for these premium educational events is limited.
