The second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP2) is a partnership of the Federal
Highway Administration (FHWA), the American Association of State Highway &
Transportation Officials (AASHTO), & TRB. TRB completed the research; now FHWA & AASHTO are implementing the solutions that will help enhance productivity & efficiency, increase safety & improve the reliability of the U.S. highway system.
