An organosilane additive to bitumen binder, to be added before bitumen is mixed with aggregates to produce HMA.
Makes the pavements resistant to :
1) Moisture, as it promotes chemical bonding at the aggregate interface
2) Oxidation, as it enables complete coating
3) Fatigue loads, as it facilitates consistent compaction while paving.
ZycoTherm allows lower mixing temperatures (by 10-15 0C) and lower compaction temperatures (by 30-40 0C) making it an environment friendly warm mix, warm compaction bitumen additive.
