Exhibitor registration opens this month! Exhibitors will receive two (2) exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' exhibit space purchased. Look for more information in the coming days.
Exhibitor Housing is Now Open
An official exhibitor and sponsor housing block with discounted group rates has been set aside at the Hilton Austin, just a short 2-minute walk from the Austin Convention Center. Exhibitors who reserve rooms in the official exhibitor room block will receive four (4) priority points toward booth space selection for AAGL 2022. The deadline for reservations is October 20, 2021.
If you are reserving less than 5 rooms, please make your reservations online. If you require 5 rooms or more, please contact Sherry Palmer, Hilton Sales Manager at sherry.palmer@hilton.com to complete a sub-contract.
Beware of fraudulent housing claims. AAGL is the ONLY approved housing vendor for AAGL's 2021 Global Congress. Other groups are not associated with AAGL in any way, and many of them are scams that do not even have blocks for rooms to reserve. Do not provide your credit card information or other payment for hotel reservations to anyone besides official AAGL staff. AAGL is not responsible for any reservations made or payments submitted through unofficial housing companies.

Digital Presence
All exhibitors will be provided with a complimentary digital presence on the virtual venue. Digital listings will include features from your exhibitor profile on the exposition microsite. Take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade to a premium listing for even greater exposure. View both the basic and premium listing options.

Exhibitor Listings
Be sure to enter/update your company information into your exhibitor profile. Exhibitor profile listings are currently visible on the exposition microsite and will be included in the printed Exhibit Guide, on the mobile app, as well as on the virtual venue. Follow these simple steps and update your profile:
1. Login using your company password
2. Click on "Booth Info", edit your profile, and click the “Save” button
3. Click the "Preview" button next to your company name to preview your profile
Premium listing upgrades are available with longer company and product descriptions, logos, press releases, product photos and corporate videos. Purchase an upgrade today! The deadline to be included in the printed directory is August 13, 2021.

Meeting Rooms and Promotional Opportunities
There is still time to reserve a private meeting room in the Exhibit Hall. These modular meeting rooms enable you to schedule meetings with attendees, hold staff meetings or set up a staff lounge. Secure your meeting room by submitting the Application and Contract.

Exhibitor Service Manual
Are you all set with your 2021 exhibiting needs? If you have not already done so, please access the Exhibitor Service Manual to order all your necessary products and services. Order by the discount deadline listed on the individual order forms to save approximately 15%! Keep in mind that individual booth carpet is required and must be ordered at the exhibiting company's expense. You may provide your own floor covering or individual booth carpet can be ordered through GES.

COVID-19 Health and Safety
AAGL considers the safety of all those onsite at the Global Congress, a top priority. Please be sure to abide by and review AAGL’s code of conduct and personal accountability commitment.
AAGL is working closely with the Austin Convention Center, vendor partners, and hotels to create a COVID-19 safety plan for this year’s meeting which will continue to evolve, incorporating any features and updates that will further enhance the onsite experience and safety for everyone in attendance. AAGL will also continue to monitor the current health situation and update this information as needed.

Recommended Best Practices
AAGL is providing these best practices for exhibitors to maintain health and safety guidelines during Exhibit Hall hours:
- Exhibitor personnel may be required to wear masks
- Practice safe distancing inside booth areas
- Utilizing and positioning seating to accommodate for social distancing
- Providing hand sanitizer in booths
- If serving food, by working with the Austin Convention Center official catering provider, to ensure proper food safety and handling are followed
