AAGL’s President Ted T.M. Lee, M.D. recently released a message on behalf of the Board. AAGL considers the safety of all those on-site at the 50^th Global Congress a top priority. Proof of vaccination will be required by all on-site attendees, exhibitors, and staff. View the message.

AAGL will continue to monitor guidance recommendations required by the CDC, the State of Texas, and/or the Austin Convention Center and will communicate any updates as the situation evolves.

Your Exhibitor Profile Listing

Did you know that your exhibitor profile listing will be your digital presence in this year’s
Virtual Venue? Exhibitor profile listings are currently visible on the online exhibitor list and will be included in the printed Final Program, on the mobile app, and on the Virtual Venue.

New this year, enhance your online visual presence through a Premium Exhibitor Listing. Upgrades include your company logo, expanded descriptions, product photos, press releases, and more.

Be sure to enter or update your company profile in the exhibitor portal. Follow these simple steps to enter/update your profile:

1. Login to the portal using your company password

2. Click on "Booth Info", edit your profile, and click the “Save” button

3. Click the "Preview" button next to your company name to preview your profile
