Enforcement: AAGL may confiscate any invalid or misused badge. Unauthorized use — such as sharing badges or granting access to unregistered individuals — may result in removal from the event.

Exhibitor Housing

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Copley Place Hotel for contracted sponsors and exhibitors. The rate is $369 single/double plus tax. After registering your booth personnel, you will receive access to AAGL’s discounted hotel rates. Rooms are available through October 13, 2026, or until the block sells out — whichever comes first.

To help us manage hotel inventory effectively, please reserve only the rooms you anticipate using. Excess room reservations that are later released may contribute to attrition costs for the meeting. We appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain the integrity of the room block.
Exhibitor Room Blocks – 6+ Rooms

Exhibitors requiring six (6) or more guest rooms per night must secure their accommodations through a separate exhibitor room block agreement.

Exhibitor room blocks are subject to a minimum pickup requirement of ninety percent (90%) of the total room nights reserved. Exhibitors will be financially responsible for any attrition charges resulting from room pickup falling below the 90% commitment level.

AAGL reserves the right to review, modify, or reduce room block allocations based on reservation activity, hotel availability, and overall convention housing demand. Exhibitors are encouraged to reserve only the rooms they reasonably anticipate using and to notify AAGL promptly of any changes to their housing needs.

A final rooming list, including the names of all occupants, must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. Names on the rooming list must correspond to registered exhibitors.

Please email AAGL at meetings@aagl.org to request an exhibitor block at the Westin or for any housing-related questions.
