Show Management Requirements
Show Management requires that each exhibitor submits the following items:
Onsite Contact Information (required for everyone)
Specialty Display Notifications (if relevant)
This form is for those exhibitors displaying vehicles and non-standard displays
To submit these forms, please log-in to the exhibitor portal with the password you received in your exhibit space confirmation email. If you need help retrieving your password, please contact Lauren.Turosik@spargoinc.com
Exhibitor Registration Over Allotment Fees:
Exhibitor Booth Only Registration – This registration type is for Exhibit Booth Personnel ONLY who CANNOT attend educational sessions
- Over allotment fee:
- $150- each additional booth personnel
Exhibitor Full Conference Registration – This registration type is for Exhibit Personnel who can attend SELECT educational sessions, events, and present oral and poster sessions
- Over allotment fee:
- $535 by November 7; $645 after November 8 - each additional booth personnel

Official Service Contractors
As you plan for the AGU 2018 Fall Meeting, you may receive solicitations from publications and vendors that are not affiliated with AGU 2018, American Geophysical Union, SPARGO, Inc. or any contracted organization therein. Please be advised that AGU does not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is securely provided to AGU Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information from the Internet. AGU partners with select vendors to produce our premiere conference and expo and can intervene on your behalf if any customer service issues arise.

Latex Sensitivity Alert
Balloons and/or latex materials are prohibited from the exhibit hall. Show Management has the right to remove any such materials from the hall at any time.
Beware! Scam Warnings
AGU and its partners never sell meeting attendee contact information nor do we sell contact information about current/former members. It has been brought to our attention that several exhibitors have been offered attendee lists for purchase. These lists are not provided or authorized by AGU, and they violate AGU’s policies and principles. If any organization offers to sell you a list of AGU members or meeting attendees, we ask that you forward the email to service@agu.org
