AT UNE we currently have access to overnight guest accommodation style suites and rooms to meet your groups budget needs.
1. Traditional cost efficient overnight guest rooms, no air conditioning; shared bathrooms = 500 beds.
2. Suite Style overnight guest rooms, most with air conditioning, all with private rooms; semi private baths, shared living room space and shared kitchenettes within each suite. Most of these suites are three or four person suites and 50 % contain full size beds and the rest are extra long twin sized beds = 800 beds
Meeting space / function rooms = 96 spaces of various sizes ranging from 20 - 160 persons maximums.
We have one large ballroom / banquet space with a river view that can be utilized during the summer at select times that will hold up to 350 persons.
NEW: In late 2012 we will add a new Athletics Complex which will include additional 105,000 square foot space for sports venues and meetings for 3,000 guests.
