  • Networking Lunch for Exhibitors and Attendees - Served right on the exhibit floor in Food & Beverage Pavilions allowing both communities to maximize their opportunities to network and connect with people in the industry.

  • FREE Pre-Show Marketing Tool, Exhibitor Invites - New this year, Affordable Meetings® is offering exhibitors a great opportunity: a free customized email campaign!  This campaign allows you to send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them free registration, and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth. 

    Bonus!  For each prospect or customer that you invite who registers from your email and attends, you will receive a $25 credit towards the cost of future participation in Affordable Meetings®!

  • Registration Fee – A modest $25/$50 registration charge for the meeting planning attendee that is only refundable if invited as a guest, by you the exhibitor, through the Exhibitor Invites campaign. 
  • Pre-Scheduled One-to-One Appointments Each attendee will be contacted by a dedicated Affordable Meetings® One-to-One Concierge to help them build an appointment schedule. Each schedule will be strategically designed to connect attendees with exhibitors that can meet the needs of their future events.  
  • networkNow – Improved self-service, appointment-setting portal to connect with attendees prior to, during, and after each event. 
  • Prospects/Attendees/Demographics – Affordable Meetings® will continue to deliver leads by providing you a list of 1,000 meeting planner prospects before the event plus the attendee registration list including demographic information after the event.
