  • How can I engage with virtual attendees?
    • Host a presentation in a Themed Lounge – a virtual space where attendees can interact in real-time with you and their peers around a specific subject matter like Surgical Smoke, Infection Control, AORN Guidelines, etc.
    • Present a 30-minute product demo and have a live Q&A with virtual attendees in the Product Demo Lounge. Directly message with attendees using the Matchmaking feature to request a 1:1 meeting.

  • How can I promote new products?
    • Be part of the Innovation Zone in Orlando, where attendees can see hands-on demos and new product presentations.
    • List your products online at Virtual AORN Expo in the Product Showcase, a catalog where attendees can search for new solutions and products.
    • Present a 30-minute product demo and have a live Q&A with virtual attendees in the Product Demo Lounge. Demos will be recorded and available on-demand for the duration of Virtual AORN Expo.

  • What advertising opportunities are available?

  • Can I distribute promotional materials and collateral at my booth?
    • Yes, promotional collateral and marketing materials may be distributed from your exhibit booth.
    • Promotional giveaways exceeding $100 in value must be approved in advance.

VIRTUAL AORN EXPO

  • When does my staff need to be online for live exhibit hours in our virtual booth?
    • Live attendance is not required but is encouraged during scheduled virtual live exhibit hours:
      • Saturday, August 7:  12:30pm – 3:00pm ET
      • Sunday, August 8:  12:30pm – 1:45pm ET
      • Monday, August 9:  2:00pm – 4:00pm ET
    • Plan your team’s time across onsite and virtual exhibit hours by using the Exhibitor Schedule Tool.

  • What are the benefits of my virtual booth?
    • The features included in your virtual booth depend on the size of your onsite booth in Orlando. Please refer to the virtual prospectus for full details.
    • You’ll have 5-10 content areas in your virtual booth, where you’ll be able to upload product collateral, links, and video.
    • Each booth has functionality for live text chats with booth visitors and the ability for attendees to request a one-on-one meeting.
    • You’ll get real-time analytics when attendees request a meeting, visit your booth, download product information, and attend in-booth sessions.

  • How long will my virtual booth content be available to attendees?
    • Content within your virtual booth will be available for 45 days after the in-person conference concludes.

COVID SAFETY

  • What are the onsite safety precautions?
    • New: In Orange County, physical distancing requirements have been reduced from 6 to 3 feet in all settings, including the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).
    • Be sure to check our general COVID Safety Updates and COVID Safety Guidelines for Exhibitors page leading up to the conference for the latest recommendations and policies.
  • Can I distribute printed or promotional materials at my booth?
    • Yes, exhibitors can distribute materials at their booth.
    • Promotional giveaways exceeding $100 in value must be approved in advance.
  • Can I provide food and beverages in my booth?

HOUSING

  • How do I book hotel accommodations?
    • Easily book individual and group reservations online with our official housing provider, MCI USA.
    • MCI continuously monitors hotel rates to ensure you get the lowest available, plus when using our official housing block, you’ll get access to added perks like a free shuttle pass.
  • Note: Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims.
    • AORN has designated MCI USA as the only housing provider for the AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo.
    • There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of AORN and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available.
