Hotel Cut-Off Date

Contracted AOSSM rates are available through Friday, June 13, 2025, or until the room block is full. You may still book rooms after this date, however, the AOSSM rate is not guaranteed, and rooms are based on availability. 

Exhibitor Hotel Room Priority Points

AOSSM 2026 Annual Meeting exhibit space selection appointments will be assigned based on a Priority Point system. The AOSSM Priority Point system is calculated by totaling all points earned by each company. Companies are ranked by their total points and are scheduled for appointments. Exhibiting companies will receive two (2) Priority Points for reserving hotel rooms in the AOSSM Official Room Block for the 2025 Annual Meeting. 

ConferenceDirect is the only official hotel partner endorsed by the AOSSM 2025 Annual Meeting. We strongly encourage you to book rooms for you and your staff within our official hotel block, through ConfereceDirect. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel booking assistance or discounted rates, please be aware they are most likely a scam and AOSSM cannot guarantee your hotel reservation upon arrival.
