Creatv developed a blood test applicable for all solid tumor cancers for screening, companion diagnostics, prediction of treatment response, prognosis, and early detection of recurrence. In the process of collecting CTCs, Creatv discovered a biomarker, a very large cell 25-300 µm in size, in the blood in all stages of solid tumor cancers, but not healthy controls. Creatv’s CellSieveTM filtration technology captures all cancer associated cells from whole blood. Creatv also developed a variety of assays, such as staining 12 markers on the same cell, sequencing, FISH, culture, etc.
