Reach ASCO Annual Meeting Attendees Through an Industry Expert Theater Session

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of Online Industry Expert Theater and the opportunity to present non-accredited educational sessions, highlighting a new service or the development of a particular product.

Online Industry Expert Theater sessions are up to a 40-minutes including Q&A. New this year, these sessions can be prerecorded, live, or prerecorded with live Q&A. Prerecorded sessions will be available on demand May 14-July 6; live sessions will be scheduled at a specific time in the program agenda and available on demand after their scheduled time and date. ASCO will provide Theater Participants with metrics and user data from their session by mid-July.

Live Theater Sessions may be reserved for $70,000 each and prerecorded Theater Sessions may be reserved for $55,000 each. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The deadline to submit your application is Friday, March 12, 2021. ASCO may, in its discretion, accept applications after Friday, March 12, 2021.
