Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration is available in the Exhibitor Resource Center. The designated contact for each exhibiting organization will receive the login information needed to register exhibitors. If you need assistance with your login, please contact ascoexhibits@spargoinc.com.
 
All exhibitors must be registered to access the Annual Meeting Online Exhibits. Each person registered as an exhibitor must be employed by the exhibiting company. All registered exhibitors receive full access to sessions and online exhibits.
 
As a reminder, each exhibitor has a complimentary badge allotment for the 2021 ASCO Annual Meeting based on their online exhibits package. 
  • Platinum – 25 badges
  • Premium – 15 badges
  • Enhanced – 5 badges
  • Standard – 2 badges
After an exhibitor uses their complimentary allotment, additional registrations may be purchased. Register your personnel by April 28 for the best rates.
