Pharmaceutical and Device Pipeline and Clinical Trials Directories

Open to all ASCO members, non-members, and the public, the Pharmaceutical and Device Pipeline and Clinical Trials Directories will be prominently positioned on the ASCO Annual Meeting website and accessible in the Exhibit Hall in Chicago. The directories will provide health care professionals access to current information on oncologic pharmaceuticals and devices in development and clinical trials to encourage and stimulate meaningful dialogue. Directories will be accessible through June 30, 2022.

Whether you will be joining us as an exhibitor, are still considering it, or do not plan to exhibit, you are encouraged to be a part of these valuable resources for attendees.

Industry Expert Theater Session

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of Industry Expert Theater sessions and the opportunity to present non-accredited educational programs, highlighting a new service or the development of a particular product. Theater presentations should feature one or more key internal scientific staff of the Theater Participant, not outside or third-party scientists or speakers, e.g. no Key Opinion Leaders. Theater presenters must be employees of the Theater Participant.

Industry Expert Theater sessions are up to one hour including Q&A. This year, ASCO is offering two presentation options including a live, in-person program with audio and slides capture posted online for on demand viewing and a prerecorded program, provided by the IET company, and available online for on demand viewing. In-person sessions are limited and will be scheduled at a specific time in the program agenda.

Session times are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The application deadline is Friday, January 28, 2022 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis if space permits after this date. The deadline to submit all session details including title, speakers, and a description is Wednesday, February 23, 2022. ASCO may, in its discretion, accept applications after that date.

Meeting Rooms

Exhibitors can purchase a Meeting Room in the East Building, Level 1 of the North Building, and Level 1 of the West Building.
Meeting Rooms in the East Building of McCormick Place provide you with the opportunity to have a staff lounge, hold staff meetings, meet privately with attendees, and more. This Meeting Room package includes a hardwall structure with lockable door, carpet, standard electric, and a company identification sign.

Private Meeting Rooms on Level 1 North or Level 1 West of McCormick Place are existing building rooms that give you the opportunity to have extended days and hours.

Premium Exhibitor Directory Listing Upgrade
