Expand Your Reach Through an Industry Expert Theater Session
Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of Industry Expert Theater sessions and the opportunity to present non-accredited educational programs, highlighting a new service or the development of a particular product. Theater presentations should feature one or more key internal scientific staff of the Theater Participant, not outside or third-party scientists or speakers, e.g. no Key Opinion Leaders. Theater presenters must be employees of the Theater Participant.
Industry Expert Theater sessions are up to one hour including Q&A. This year, ASCO is offering two presentation options including a live, in-person program with audio and slides capture posted online for on demand viewing and a prerecorded program, provided by the IET company, and available online for on demand viewing. In-person sessions are limited and will be scheduled at a specific time in the program agenda.
- $95,000 per session for a live, in-person program with audio and slide capture posted for on demand viewing
- $65,000 per session for a prerecorded program, provided by the IET company, and available for on demand viewing
Session times are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The application deadline is Friday, January 28, 2022 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis if space permits after this date. The deadline to submit all session details including title, speakers, and a description is Wednesday, February 23, 2022. ASCO may, in its discretion, accept applications after that date.
