Booth Package Rate
$3,000 per 10'x10'

All booth inclusions as indicated below, plus: 6` draped table (color TBD), (2) chairs, and (1) wastebasket:

Existing hotel carpeting and back and side rail drape
booth structure
Standard black and white signage with company name
Up to four (4) exhibit staff badges per 10'x10' (not valid for educational sessions)
Company profile listing in the conference app (for accepted applications and content received by February 7, 2022)
List of attendee names and institutions (provided onsite)

Deposit and Payment Schedule
Through December 14, 2021 ... 50% due for application
After December 14, 2021 ... 100% due with application

CREOG & APGO requires payment in full no later than December 15, 2021. Failure to make payments does not release the contracted or financial obligation of Exhibitor.
