Badge Policy
You must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge.
Each person must pick up their own badge. By registering for the 2024 Eastern Defense Summit, you understand that badge sharing is prohibited. Badge sharing means lending your badge to someone else or using someone else's badge to gain access to any Eastern Defense Summit event. Any lost or stolen badges are subject to a reprint fee of $50.00. Replacement fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Tuesday, October 15, 2024, will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
