IMPORTANT INFORMATION
As you are already aware, due to recent storms in Middle Tennessee that caused widespread flooding, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel -- site of DRRE 2010 and the 2010 Integrated Medical, Public Health, Preparedness and Response Training Summit -- has closed and will remain closed for the next few months.
The DRRE and Summit planners have rescheduled the EXPO for June 1-3, 2010 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
EXHIBITOR ASSISTANCE
The DRRE Exposition Management team is available to assist you as you make arrangements for the event in Las Vegas. You may contact Shirley Harris, Exposition Operations Manager, with any questions at 703-631-6200.

SERVICE ORDER TRANSFERS
Any orders placed with Brede Exposition Services will automatically be transferred to the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. If you have any questions regarding your order with Brede Exposition Services please contact them directly at 301-937-8600.
Orders previously placed for Nashville with Brede Exposition Services are the only orders that will automatically transfer to Las Vegas. ALL other orders will NOT transfer. If you require electrical, internet, AV, floral etc. for your booth in Las Vegas you will need to place a new order with the appropriate vendor. Please refer to the updated order forms in the exhibitor manual.
SERVICE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Electrical orders placed with the Gaylord will need to be cancelled. Please email lhanna@gaylordhotels.com to cancel and request your refund.
IT orders through the Gaylord were never charged because payments would have been processed after the event so there is no need to cancel.
All other orders such as AV, signage hanging, floral, etc. will need to be cancelled with the individual vendor.
The exhibit hall at the Aria Resort & Casino is carpeted. If you no longer wish to use the carpet you ordered for Nashville through Brede you will need to email your cancellation to cswashington@brede.com.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms has been secured for the 2010 Integrated Training Summit and DRRE Exhibitors at the Aria Resort & Casino Las Vegas (Headquarter Hotel).
Due to an overwhelming response to the Integrated Training Summit relocation, we have added the Vdara at CityCenter as overflow hotel. The Vdara at CityCenter is within walking distance to the Aria Resort & Casino Las Vegas.
Please reserve your accommodations at either property by calling Room Reservations directly at 866-359-7757 or 702-590-7757. Please provide the reservation agent with the code named Integrated Training Summit/ITS or reference INTTRA to receive the special room rate.
