Exhibitor Move-In:

Monday,  August 13                   9:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday, August 14                   8:00am - 10:00am

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE SET BY 11:00AM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 14, 2012.

Expo Hours:

Tuesday, August 14                5:00pm - 7:30pm

(Welcome Reception & Exhibit Hall Grand Opening scheduled to start at 5:30 pm immediately following conference plenary session; booth personnel are requested to be in place by 5:00 pm in the event that sessions end early.)

Wednesday, August 15            9:30am - 4:00pm

Thursday, August 16               8:30am - 2:00pm

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE STAFFED DURING EXHIBIT HOURS!

Move-Out:

Thursday, August 16               2:00pm - 8:00pm

(Soft breakdown only between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. No banging, hammering, or motorized equipment will be permitted until plenary sessions conclude at 3:00 pm.)

No displays may be dismantled or packing started before 2:00pm on Thursday, August 16, 2012.
