All present and future LA DOs have benefited from the AOA efforts which began in 1996 to end licensing discrimination in Louisiana. We achieved full DO Licensing Parity as the 50th state in January 2006! As a young association, LOMA works on behalf of all LA osteopathic physicians and their patients! Our most recent achievement was the July opening of Edward Via VCOM-LA with its inaugural Class of 2024! LOMA seeks your support and participation in our continuing work.
