Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing to the Portal 360 Registration Center on or before August 27, 2025, will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after August 27 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another individual attending in person is acceptable. All requests to transfer or cancel your registration must be sent via email to portal360@spargoinc.com.

Chicago O’Hare (ORD): ~17 miles northwest; take the CTA Blue Line from O’Hare station to Grand (Red Line transfer at Clark/Lake)
Chicago Midway (MDW): ~11 miles southwest; board the CTA Orange Line to downtown’s Roosevelt station, then transfer to the Red Line to Grand
