The Symposium, cosponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), the American College of Physicians, Inc. (ACP), and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), will help attendees:
- Be better able to monitor late- and long-term effects and comorbidities
- Provide surveillance for recurrence and secondary malignancies
- Address psychosocial aspects of survivorship
- Improve communication and care coordination
- Understand current research in survivorship care
