Dx-Sys has developed an ultra-sensitive lateral flow Point of Care Test for brain biomarker (GFAP) at sub-pico gram levels using lanthanide chemistry. Results are obtained in <1 hr in a Time Resolved Fluorescence Reader. We offer stabilization buffers for HRP conjugated antibodies and drugs. Dx-Sys services are custom mono and polyclonal antibodies, recombinant protein expression, immunoassay development, contract manufacturing of ELISA and Lateral flow assay kits and pre-clinical formulations.
