The Mag-Bind® cfDNA Kit is a magnetic bead-based system designed to rapidly and efficiently isolate various circulating fragments of cfDNA (ctDNA, mcDNA) from 500-10,000 µL plasma or serum samples. Omega Bio-tek’s cfDNA kit can elute in as low as 50 µL and recover short fragments of circulating, cell-free DNA as small as 50 bp with minimal genomic contamination.
The Mag-Bind® cfDNA Kit can be processed manually or hands-free on automated platforms including: Hamilton Microlab® STAR and NIMBUS, Thermo Fisher Scientific KingFisher® Flex and Duo Prime, Tecan Fluent® Automation Workstation, Applied Biosystems MagMAX® Express-96, and QIAGEN BioSprint® 96.
