In 1993 COLA was the first Accrediting Organization to be granted deemed status by CMS to provide laboratory accreditation. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified program is led by staff dedicated to quality laboratory services, standardization and customer satisfaction. Laboratories across the country are evaluated and mentored to meet CLIA regulations and best practices.
COLA’s Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from the AMA, the AAFP and the ACP.
