  Overview

  The trend in molecular diagnostics is to simplify the analysis process and shorten the working time by miniaturizing measurement equipment, increasing automation, and introducing fast PCR systems.
  Nanohelix's fast real-time amplification reagents provide extremely fast results without compromising data quality.
  They are designed to perform real-time quantification of DNA or RNA targets quickly.
  The extension and annealing time of one second per cycle is sufficient for amplifying targets less than 1 kb. These kits contain a premix of proprietary buffer systems.

  Overview

  Nanohelix’s FastLAMP/RT-LAMP Kit provides easy and fast(within 20 minutes) target RNA/DNA amplification by loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP).
  Version 2.0 product applications range from end-point amplification and visualization to probe-based real-time amplification and visualization.
