  • The MUS3600 is a product that combines H1600 Urine Analyzer and FUS360 Urine Sediment Analyzer. Its flexible combinations of multiple modules could meet various customers’ specific needs. According to the actual needs of laboratories, “1+2” package and “2+4” package are preferred. And the MUS-3600 was awarded the 'Innovative Star · 2020 Chinese In Vitro Diagnosis Excellent Innovation Gold Award. It can provide 10-14 dry chemistry items, 25 formed element items, 5 physical items, 2 ratio result items, RBC indices, 4 pieces of prompt information and graphic reports.
    The characteristics of our MUS3600 can be summarized in three points, which are advanced technology, high efficiency and user-friendly operation.
    Specifically, the MUS3600 utilizes advanced Flow-Type Micro-Imaging Technology, which comprises three components. Firstly, Sheath Flow Technology employs sheath fluid to encapsulate a single layer of the formed element into the flow cell, preventing cell overlap and aggregation, ensuring clear imaging of each particle when captured. Next, High-Speed Photography Technology captures precise images of each formed element. Finally, these images are uploaded to the software, where they are recognized and classified using Artificial Intelligence Identification (AII) Technology.
    Additionally, the throughput of the instrument is 480T/H for both dry chemistry and formed element analysis when it’s “2+4” package which means 2 H1600 connect to 4 FUS360. And the sample positions can up to 520 with 2 pre-storage trays, which allows longer walk-away time for operators to improve their work efficiency.
    Finally, the software of the instrument is easy to learn and operate. It can not only provide erythrocyte histograms and scatter plots but also offer some special functions such as the door control function, microscopy condition setting, automatic audit setting, etc.
    1.Erythrocyte histograms and scatter plots: MUS3600 is capable of automatically and precisely categorizing erythrocytes into five groups: Normal red blood cell (NRBC), microcyte (MIRBC), acanthoid erythrocyte (ARBC), erythrocyte ghost (SRBC) and others. Additionally, the analyzers provide data on the percentage of normal and abnormal erythrocytes, the size and distribution of erythrocytes, and the overall distribution pattern. The system also generates erythrocyte histograms and scatter plots, which offer a visual representation to assist in determining the source of hematuria.
    2.Door control function: Generally speaking, laboratories will test for both the formed elements and dry chemistry at the same time. However, when the laboratory has a large number of negative samples, conducting dry chemistry and formed element tests simultaneously can lead to the waste of time and reagents. The door control function is designed to prioritize dry chemistry testing first. Only when the dry chemical test results trigger the conditions we set, the formed element test will be automatically initiated, which can save test time and reduce reagent consumption.
    3.Microscopy condition setting: Users can set microscopy rules themselves, and the system will prompt a recheck of samples when the results meet the rules they have set. This way, there's no need to manually recheck each sample under a microscope, effectively reducing the number of microscopic examinations.
    4.Automatic audit settings: Users can set automatic audit rules themselves using our software, and results are automatically sent to the LIS system when all item results are below the set value range. This can save manual audit time for operators.
