The 10K Sample Storage Module is part of the IDS-CLAS X-10 Total Laboratory Automation Solution.
Stores up to 10,080 sample tubes, the samples are unloaded from carriers, 12 samples at a time and systematically placed into storage racks.
Archived samples are placed back on the track systems for re-runs and add-ons testing just in a single command.
Designed for the high-volume laboratories that manages up to 4000 samples per hour, the IDS-CLAS X-10 tackle some of the common challenges of sample management and data management.
With its double-decker conveyor track system, this robust automation system enables demanding laboratories to process re-runs of samples without increasing the system’s footprint.
For laboratories limited by space but facing increasing throughput demands, the IDS-CLAS Compact S1 delivers the productivity of a medium-volume lab, efficiently managing up to 600 tubes per hour.
A key feature of IDS-CLAS Compact S1 is its double-decker conveyor track system, enabling samples requiring re-runs to be processed automatically.
We’ve added some new features to this system. So come visit our booth to see them live!
The IDS-CLAS 2800 is a pre-analytical system that automates serum aliquoting of centrifuged samples.
The workcell automation system decaps, labels, measures serum volume, and precisely aliquots samples based on test orders, ensuring accurate distribution for downstream analysis.
IDS-CLAS 2800 manages up to 4 different aliquot(seondary) tubes.
The IDS 2-in-1 Centrifuge System is designed to process two different tube types within the footprint of a single centrifuge module. This innovative system features two centrifuges stacked on top of each other, effectively reducing centrifuge batching bottlenecks and offering an approximate 4-minute centrifugation cycle.
The automated centrifuge has an auto-balancing feature, eliminating the need to wait on extended pre-set parameters, allowing the centrifuge to start with an uneven load.
This setup halves the processing time, significantly enhancing efficiency.
