Universitat Hamburg CLISAP
The German Cluster of Excellence CliSAP focuses on climate analysis and prediction and combines natural and social sciences. It unites Universität Hamburg, Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht and German Climate Computing Center and is the nucleus of the University’s Center for Earth System Research and Sustainability (CEN). CliSAP ran from 2008-18. In 2019 it will be followed by the new Cluster of Excellence CliCCS.
