UTEP is situated on the Texas - New Mexico – Mexico border and is the only doctoral research university in the nation with a majority Mexican-American student body. We offer multiple M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees including Environmental Science and Engineering, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Geology.
