The European Consortium for Ocean Research Drilling (ECORD) brings together 15 countries and is responsible for delivering mission-specific platform for the International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) expeditions and facilitating membership to the wider IODP. ICDP brings together scientists and stakeholders from 23 nations.
