Vault™- Cloud-Based License Management System

Licenses are simple to manage with Vault™- Our free cloud-based tool for managing license purchases, storage, and transfers. Vault™ enables our Perpetual Software Licensing program- saving you up to 30% on your next hardware purchase. The Vault functions like an online “app store” for Viking radios, and can be accessed through the Armada programming software client. When you connect your X, ES, or Viking radios to Armada, it compiles a list of subscribers in your fleet, connects to the vault, and downloads the license information for your radios. All of your Vault licenses are displayed according to the serial number of your radio with the licenses available for transfer tagged accordingly. When you retire or dispose of a radio, you can transfer your perpetual software licenses from the radio to your Vault account for future use. This way you are preserving the value of the software licenses to be re-used in your replacement radio. Licenses in your Vault account can be transferred to a new radio through Armada or directly to EFJohnson in the case of a new radio purchase.
