Catalyst Communications Technologies is leading public safety communications professionals into the future with new technology developed to solve the challenges of LMR - LTE Interworking. Research sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate is being applied to a new generation of products and solutions designed to simplify the transition to FirstNet™ or other LTE based networks providing Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT). At APCO, and throughout 2019 and 2020, Catalyst will unveil technology, capabilities, and new products for applications that enable communications between LTE networks and a variety of standards based and proprietary LMR networks including P25 ISSI/CSSI, P25 DFSI, DMR AIS, Kenwood Nexedge®, Harris EDACS®, and Tone and DC control.
Interworking solutions from Catalyst will be marketed under the IntelliLink™ brand of interoperability solutions. At APCO, Catalyst will also demonstrate our mission critical Dispatch solutions, including IP|Console™ and Propulsion™ Console solutions, with an enhanced user interface and new telephony and intercom features. InterLoc™, Catalyst’s location services solution and our Incident Commander Element – ICE™ - a sophisticated digital repeater solution with fire ground repeater and incident command operations, round out the suite of hands-on demonstrations of Catalyst capabilities.
