Lessons analyze actual 911 calls in terms of questioning techniques, professionalism, customer service, risk management, and civil liability, and includes the background & outcome of each call. Lessons are 1-hour each, may be bookmarked, and may be used to satisfy state CDE and IAED, and APCO EMD re-certification requirements.
