The Monitoring Association
The Monitoring Association (TMA) formerly CSAA, is a nonprofit trade association whose mission is to advance the professional monitoring industry through education, advocacy and public safety relationships. TMA's ASAP-to-PSAP service increases the efficiency of emergency electronic signals from monitoring centers to PSAPs. ASAP-to-PSAP utilizes ANSI standard protocols developed by APCO and TMA to process life safety signals through the Nlets system of state-to-state PSAP communication.
